The powerful GALLUP® CliftonStrengths® framework to help you discover and develop your unique strengths. Developed by Don Clifton, CliftonStrengths® is based on decades of research into human behavior and identifies 34 distinct talent themes. These themes represent your naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior.

The process starts with you taking the CliftonStrengths® assessment, which reveals your top talent themes. This assessment gives you a clear understanding of your innate abilities and how they can be productively applied.

Once you have your assessment results, Heidi steps in to interpret the findings and work with you to create a personalized plan. Whether you're an individual looking to enhance your personal growth or a group aiming to improve team dynamics, Heidi provides tailored coaching to help you invest in your talents and turn them into strengths. Strengths Assessment:

Review Session:

60-minute session to discuss the assessment results, identify top strengths, and explore their applications in various contexts.

Follow-up Sessions:
